According to the LC2 election results in Kwania District, the NRM won 37 of the 49 parishes and wards, while UPC won 10 and independent candidates secured two.

Lamwo district by Joshua Olomo:Police sensitised members of the community on dangers of handling, tampering with or transporting suspected ammunition, explosives and other remnants of war and they are urged to immediately report any such discoveries to the nearest Police station or any other security agency for safe recovery and disposal. Crime Intelligence has commenced efforts to establish the origin and circumstances under which the recovered ammunition came to be concealed at the location.
