Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is traveling to Saudi Arabia for a two-day visit as Gulf tensions rise, according to Al Jazeera. The trip, announced by Pakistan’s foreign ministry and prime minister’s office, is Sharif’s third visit to the kingdom this year. He is being accompanied by Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, army chief Asim Munir and other senior officials, underscoring the security and diplomatic weight of the visit.

According to the report, Sharif is expected to meet Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Riyadh.
