Rotary Clubs have launched a maternal health initiative in Adjumani District, donating life-saving Non-Pneumatic Anti-Shock Garments worth about Shs22.3 million to strengthen emergency obstetric care and reduce maternal deaths caused by postpartum hemorrhage across the Ma’di Sub-region.
