Police Appeal for Information on Two Missing Deaf Students in Ntinda

Police in Kira Road Division in Kampala are asking the public for help in finding two students from Uganda School for the Deaf in Ntinda who have been missing for more than a week, according to Watchdog Uganda. The students are identified as Muhoozi Alex, 16, and Mubiru Edrine, 14.

The publisher reported that police believe the boys were last seen at the school at about 1:00 p.m. on July 24, 2026, after they allegedly climbed over the school’s perimeter wall and left the compound. Since then, investigators say they have not been seen. Police said the search is ongoing and detectives are following available leads to determine where they may be.

Authorities have urged anyone with information to report to the nearest police station or contact investigators directly.
