Nigeria: Obi-Kwankwaso Movement Raises Alarm Over Alleged Plot to Destabilise NDC in Enugu

The group advised supporters to rely only on recognized leaders and official communication channels.

The statement also linked the situation to Enugu’s political importance, describing the state as a key base of support for Peter Obi. It urged members to resist any activity that could weaken the party structure and to let internal mechanisms and legal processes handle disputes. The movement further called for calm, unity and vigilance among NDC members and Obi-Kwankwaso supporters.
