Muwanga Kivumbi remanded to Kitalya on fresh charges of inciting violence

The Observer reported that Muhammad Muwanga Kivumbi, the former Butambala County MP and National Unity Platform vice-president for Buganda, has been remanded to Kitalya Prison on new charges of inciting violence and managing an unlawful society.
