Fox Business reported on an $85 million Delray Beach, Florida, estate called “Villa Skyfall,” a James Bond-themed listing inside the gated Stone Creek Ranch community. The property sits on 2.5 acres in western Delray Beach, where Fox said residents include actor Mark Wahlberg, hedge fund billionaire Steve Cohen, Rockstar Energy founder Russ Weiner and NFL player Khalil Mack.

According to Fox News Digital’s tour with Douglas Elliman Florida executive director of sales and listing agent Senada Adzem, the single-story home is designed as a turnkey ultra-luxury residence. Reported features include a 32-foot grand salon, crystal chandeliers, illuminated onyx, a museum-style car gallery, hidden passages, a concealed poker lounge, a rainforest-inspired spa, a 95-foot pool, cabanas, fire elements, tropical landscaping and 12 bathrooms. Adzem told Fox the home was built in 14 months, compared with what she described as a typical four- to five-year timeline for a project of similar scale.

Fox reported that the asking price includes furnishings, stocked bars and kitchens, designer handbags placed in closets and other move-in-ready details. Adzem said the listing is aimed at a narrow pool of ultra-high-net-worth buyers who want privacy, space and a completed estate rather than a custom build.

The listing is also presented as a sign of South Florida’s continuing appeal to wealthy buyers. Fox cited Adzem’s view that interest is coming from finance and technology executives, entrepreneurs, some celebrities and buyers from higher-tax states such as California, New York and Connecticut. She said an $85 million sale could set a Delray Beach record, while arguing that Florida’s tax structure, business climate and wealth migration continue to support the region’s luxury market.
