Who Is Nambeshe, the Man Bobi Wine Has Trusted to Lead NUP?

Nile Post reports that John Baptist Nambeshe, the National Unity Platform deputy president for Eastern Uganda, has been named acting president of the party. The appointment was announced on Saturday by NUP president Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, also known as Bobi Wine, after the end of Dr Lina Zedriga Waru’s four-month spell in the same acting role. Kyagulanyi thanked Zedriga for her stewardship and asked party leaders and supporters to back Nambeshe.
