Al Jazeera reported that US President Donald Trump has agreed to a 30-year nuclear cooperation deal with Saudi Arabia that would involve the transfer of American nuclear technology to the kingdom. The central concern raised in the report is whether the arrangement could increase proliferation risks in the Middle East.
