Ugandan TikToker Macy found dead

What the report says
Sqoop Uganda reported that Mercy Lucky Lakisa, a northern Uganda-based TikTok creator and video vixen widely known as Macy, has died. The outlet said she was found dead at her home in Laroo-Pece Division, Gulu City, on Monday night, citing information from family members and people close to her.
According to Sqoop, authorities had not yet officially determined the circumstances of her death. Her body was taken to a mortuary for a post-mortem examination while investigations continue. The report said no official statement on the cause of death had been released at the time of publication, and her family was expected to announce burial arrangements in the coming days.
Macy was known on TikTok through the account @23macy3938, where Sqoop said she had built an audience with lifestyle and entertainment content. She was also part of Gulu’s entertainment scene and had appeared as a video vixen in the remix of “My Bebe” by Big Mosh and Laxzy Mover.
The report said news of her death prompted tributes across social media from fellow creators, entertainers, friends and fans, who remembered her as a lively and talented young woman. Because the circumstances remain under investigation, any conclusions about what happened would be premature. In general, sudden deaths involving public figures often draw intense online speculation, making official findings and family communications especially important.
