Two Next Media Staff Killed After Pickup Drifts Into Their Car on Entebbe Road

Nile Post reports that two Next Media staff members were killed and a third was injured in an early-morning crash on Entebbe Road near Namulanda. The victims were identified as producer Badru Kasirye and content creator Isaac Ndamagye, while colleague Brian “Makona” Ssemanda, a presenter with Sanyuka TV, was taken to hospital and placed in intensive care.

According to the report, the collision happened around 2 a.m. near Stabex when a Toyota Hilux, traveling from Entebbe toward Kampala, allegedly lost control and moved into the opposite lane before hitting a Toyota Allex head-on. Police spokesperson Michael Kananura said the Allex was carrying the Next Media staff and that the exact cause of the crash was still under investigation.
