TikTok influencer who accused estranged husband of pedophilia found dead in possible murder-suicide - Fox News

What the report says
Fox News reported that TikTok creator Sara Gilson, also known as Sara Duffey, and her estranged husband, Jeremiah “Shawn” Duffey, were found dead at Gilson’s home in Owasso, Oklahoma, after police responded to a domestic call on July 24. Citing local outlets KTUL and KRMG, Fox said both were found with apparent gunshot wounds. Police reportedly confirmed the identities but had not publicly classified the case as a murder-suicide, while saying there was no continuing danger to the public.
The case followed recent court filings and online accusations. Fox reported that Gilson, 41, had obtained a protective order against Duffey, 48, on June 10, requiring him to remain at least 100 yards away. On July 11, she posted a TikTok video alleging that her soon-to-be ex-husband was a pedophile. According to the report, the video remained visible as of Saturday.
Fox also cited The Oklahoman in reporting that another woman sought a separate protective order against Duffey the same day Gilson filed hers, after allegations involving the woman’s 15-year-old daughter, who played on a youth basketball team Duffey coached. Those claims included alleged inappropriate contact, messages and money given to the minor. The allegations had reportedly been referred to Owasso police.
Local media cited by Fox reported that the 911 call came from a juvenile inside the home. Fox said Gilson had filed two earlier protective orders against Duffey that were dismissed when she did not appear in court, and that the couple reportedly shared children. Fox News Digital said it contacted Owasso police for more information.
