Rolling Stone reports that Andrew Tate faces further counts including rape, trafficking for sexual exploitation, assault causing actual bodily harm, and offenses tied to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. Tristan Tate faces counts including rape, sexual assault, and trafficking-related charges. The pending U.K. counts now total 59 and involve seven alleged victims, with alleged conduct spanning 2010 to 2017.

Rolling Stone also notes that the U.K. case is separate from Romanian proceedings, where the brothers have been investigated on suspicions including human trafficking, trafficking of minors, sexual intercourse with a minor, and money laundering. Romanian authorities have alleged that women were manipulated into producing pornography sold online; the brothers deny wrongdoing. A previous Romanian trial was disrupted after a judge cited prosecutorial problems, and a second Romanian investigation remains underway.
