Nebbi State Attorney Emmanuel Naguyo has been found dead at his residence after failing to report for work on Monday. Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) spokesperson Jacquelyn Okui said Naguyo’s body was discovered by a colleague at about 10am.
