What the report says

Android Authority reported that a new leak, attributed to Roland Quandt of WinFuture, appears to lay out the specifications and expected European pricing for Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. The report was published July 21, 2026, one day before Samsung’s next Unpacked launch event, where the company is expected to formally announce the devices.

According to the reported spec sheet, both watches may use Qualcomm’s SDW6100 processor, run Wear OS 7 with Samsung’s One UI 9 Watch interface, and support LTE, Bluetooth 6.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC and dual-frequency GPS. The Galaxy Watch 9 is listed in 40mm and 44mm sizes with Super AMOLED sapphire displays, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The Ultra 2 is described as a 47mm titanium model with a brighter 1.52-inch display, 2GB of RAM, 64GB of storage and LTE included by default.

Battery sizes are also said to rise, with the leak listing 390mAh for the 40mm Watch 9, 445mAh for the 44mm version and 800mAh for the Ultra 2. The report also points to fitness and health-related additions, including trail-running support, a perspiration-based Nutrition Alert feature and a diving app expected later.

Android Authority said the Watch 9 could start at €409 for the Bluetooth 40mm model and reach €489 for the 44mm LTE version, while the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is expected at €749 in Europe. The outlet cautioned that European pricing does not necessarily predict U.S. pricing. Samsung has not confirmed the leaked details.
