Paris Saint-Germain have signed Ferran Torres from Barcelona, according to BBC Sport Football. The 26-year-old Spain forward has agreed a contract running until 2031, with the transfer fee reported at about 50 million euros. BBC Sport reported that Torres scored the decisive extra-time goal for Spain against Argentina in the World Cup final last month. Before that, he had also produced strong club form for Barcelona, finishing the campaign with 21 goals and three assists in 49 appearances across all competitions as the team won the La Liga title. He joined Barcelona in 2022 after a spell at Manchester City.

The signing adds another major attacker to a PSG squad already strengthened this summer.
