Realtor.com News, in a story carried by Yahoo, reported that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle brought their children, Archie and Lilibet, to Althorp, the Spencer family estate in Northamptonshire where Princess Diana grew up, during a recent European trip. The report cited images Meghan posted on Instagram, including a photo said to show Lilibet walking on the estate grounds while Harry and Archie moved ahead carrying what appeared to be flowers.

The outlet said the family was understood to have been invited by Diana’s brother, Charles Spencer, who owns Althorp and lives there with his wife, Cat Jarman. One image reportedly showed Meghan near the estate pool with the family’s beagle, while Spencer and Jarman appeared in the background. Realtor.com News also noted People magazine’s reporting that the Sussexes may have gone to Diana’s burial site, which is on an island in Althorp’s Oval Lake and is not open to the public.

The visit adds a personal dimension to a trip that had drawn attention because of Prince Harry’s security arrangements and questions over whether Meghan and the children would join him in Britain.
