One faction, The Flock, is seeking to preserve a nonviolent way of life, while the Blasphemers have taken control of an Order facility in a canyon called the Toxic Scowl. The pack is expected to include a major boss, three unique mini-boss-style enemies, new Legendary and Pearlescent loot, cosmetics, a splattered paint skin for ECHO-4 and the Vault Hunters, and a new vehicle.
