Halo Waypoint reported that Mattel Brick Shop is introducing a buildable version of Halo’s UNSC M12 Warthog as part of the franchise’s 25th anniversary celebrations. The post, published under the Halo25Together banner by community manager “snickerdoodle,” tied the announcement to San Diego Comic-Con and said attendees at the Mattel booth on July 23 could see the vehicle-inspired display and potentially receive an exclusive poster while supplies lasted.

According to Halo Waypoint, the Mattel Brick Shop Warthog is a 1:22-scale model of the familiar Halo vehicle, rather than a full-size replica of the nearly 3-metric-ton in-game machine. The set is described as customizable, with extra parts, decals, metal components and an exclusive Hot Wheels Warthog included. The post says the product is available for preorder starting July 23 and is scheduled for wider availability on October 1, 2026.

The announcement also links the physical set to upcoming game content. Halo Waypoint said packages for the U.S. product will include a code and redemption instructions for the Ignition Armor Style for Master Chief in Halo: Campaign Evolved. The armor style was created specifically for Mattel, according to the post.

The release matters for Halo fans and collectors because it extends the anniversary campaign beyond games and studio-led events into licensed merchandise.
