The article, published July 20, 2026, says the materials were shared by leaker Evan Blass and may offer the clearest preview yet of the devices ahead of Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for July 22.

According to the report, the Galaxy Watch 9 is shown with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear Elite processor, aligning with an earlier leak that both upcoming watches would use the same chipset. The leaked images also suggest three case color options for the standard model: Cream, Silver, and Graphite. The report says the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 leak includes several hardware claims, including a titanium build, an IP69K rating, an 800mAh battery, and a display rated for up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness. Android Authority notes that, if accurate, those would be notable increases over the first Galaxy Watch Ultra’s 590mAh battery and 3,000-nit brightness. The leaked materials also describe the Ultra 2 as 12% thinner than its predecessor.
