What the report says

AllAfrica, republishing a Capital FM report from Nairobi, said Zoho has announced a strategic partnership with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry to support small and medium-sized enterprises in Kenya. The announcement was made on 23 July 2026 at Zoholics Kenya 2026, Zoho’s annual user conference, and was framed as part of the technology company’s broader push to expand digital adoption among entrepreneurs and growing businesses.

Under the arrangement, eligible KNCCI members are set to receive KES65,000 in Zoho Wallet Credits for use across Zoho’s suite of more than 60 cloud-based business applications. The tools cover functions such as collaboration, customer management, accounting and other operations. Zoho also said it will provide onboarding help, product training and enablement programmes, while the two organisations plan workshops, awareness campaigns and other member-focused activities.

Capital FM reported that Zoho executives described Kenya as one of the company’s fastest-growing markets, with demand rising for unified digital platforms as businesses seek greater efficiency and resilience. KNCCI Nairobi Chairman Dr James Mwaura said members would gain access to business technology as well as support to adopt it effectively.

The report said Zoho’s revenue in Kenya has grown by 55%, driven by local demand, talent investment and partnerships. It identified Zoho One, Workplace, CRM Plus, CRM and Books as among the company’s most used products in the country, with demand coming from sectors including IT services, finance, manufacturing, insurance and telecommunications. The development matters because SMEs are a major part of Kenya’s business landscape, and affordable digital tools can influence productivity, formalisation and competitiveness.
