Kenya: Husband of Former KCB Staffer Rosemary Chemutai Withdraws Case Challenging Her Burial

A court in Nairobi, Kenya, was told that Kelvin Kimwatu, the husband of former KCB employee Rosemary Chemutai, has withdrawn a case he filed over the circumstances of her burial. Lawyers for Chemutai’s parents said they did not oppose the withdrawal and stated that the family had not blocked Kimwatu from visiting the gravesite.
