Hundreds Turn Up for UPDF Recruitment as Exercise Enters Final Day

Hundreds of young Ugandans gathered at Kololo Independence Grounds in Kampala as the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF) recruitment exercise reached its final day, according to Nile Post. Kamya said the response from applicants had been strong and described the candidates as eager to serve. He added that the process was being run under established standards so that only eligible people advance to enlistment.
