USA Today reports that Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo’s divorce has been finalized in Tennessee, less than two months after the singer filed a court petition. Jelly Roll, whose legal name is Jason DeFord, and Bunnie Xo, legally Alisa DeFord, were married in Las Vegas on Aug. 30, 2016, and separated on May 9, according to a divorce complaint filed May 18. A judge finalized the divorce on July 17, with the complaint citing irreconcilable differences.

According to a marital dissolution agreement filed July 17 and obtained by USA Today, the former couple reached terms on dividing property through a separate confidential settlement. The filing says that arrangement covers items including furniture, vehicles, aircraft, financial accounts, intellectual property rights, business interests and trusts. Instead of ongoing alimony, USA Today reports Jelly Roll will make a one-time payment to Bunnie Xo, though the amount was not disclosed. The filing also refers to confidentiality and non-disparagement terms.

USA Today said it contacted representatives for both parties for comment and noted TMZ first reported the divorce had been finalized. The public portions of the case offer limited financial detail because key settlement terms remain confidential.

The split is notable because the pair had been together nearly a decade and had a public relationship tied to their entertainment careers. USA Today also reported that both have presented the breakup as amicable, with Bunnie Xo discussing on her podcast that they remain close and still intend to pursue expanding their family through in vitro fertilization. Jelly Roll has two children from previous relationships.
