Hon. Ambassador Adonia Ayebare Takes Over As Minister Of Foreign Affairs

Hon. Ambassador Adonia Ayebare formally assumed office as Uganda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs on Aug. 14, 2026, following his swearing-in at State House, Entebbe, the previous day, according to The Independent Uganda. He received the handover from Hon. Haruna Kasolo Kyeyune, who had been serving as acting foreign minister since June 22, 2026.
