What the report says

IGN reports that Hasbro has unveiled the first three figures in its new The Legend of Zelda: Heroes of Hyrule line at Comic-Con 2026, with the outlet publishing an exclusive first look. The initial wave features Link, Princess Zelda and Ganondorf, and is based on Nintendo’s 2023 game The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom rather than the upcoming live-action Zelda film.

According to IGN, the figures follow Hasbro’s 6-inch collector format, comparable to lines such as Star Wars: The Black Series and G.I. Joe Classified. Link and Zelda are each listed at 6 inches tall, while Ganondorf is 7.5 inches. The figures include articulation and character-specific accessories: Link comes with the Hylian Shield, the Master Sword and an interchangeable Zonai power hand; Zelda includes the Decayed Master Sword and an alternate right hand; Ganondorf includes the Gloom Sword, a scabbard and an interchangeable right hand.

IGN says Link and Zelda are priced at $27.99 each, while Ganondorf is priced at $42.99. The figures are expected to release in spring 2027, and preorders opened July 22 at 5 p.m. PT. Early prototypes are also being shown at Hasbro’s Comic-Con booth.

The reveal matters because it marks the first wave from Hasbro’s newly announced license for The Legend of Zelda games, bringing one of Nintendo’s most recognizable franchises into Hasbro’s mainstream collector figure portfolio.
