He said the new roadmap links Israeli troop withdrawal to verified handover and decommissioning of Hamas weapons, under supervision of a Palestinian technocratic committee. That sequencing differs from comments by US envoy Jared Kushner, who had suggested withdrawal would be considered only after Gaza’s demilitarisation was complete.
