The same pay notice showed several hourly roles, including cashiers, warehouse, maintenance and grocery stock positions, starting at $20 an hour.

The figures prompted debate on X over whether the company’s pay structure undercuts the idea that a four-year degree is necessary for high earnings, especially amid concerns about student debt.
