256 Heart’s Safety Center says safety is built into how the platform works and directs members to its Community Guidelines and Support if anything feels wrong.

Verification and account safety The platform says every profile can be submitted for manual verification, with members advised to look for the green checkmark. It also asks users to report unverified suspicious accounts immediately.

Meeting and privacy guidance 256 Heart advises members to meet in public places for first dates, tell a friend where they are going, and never send money or airtime to someone they have not met in person. The guidance also says users should not share a home address, workplace, or financial details in early messages, and should use in-app messaging until they trust someone.

Reporting, scams and age rules Members can use the report feature on any profile or message, and the platform says its team reviews safety reports within 24 hours. Users can also block people from their settings.

The Safety Center warns members to be wary of requests for money, gift cards, or investment schemes, and says 256 Heart will never ask users to pay outside Pesapal checkout. Members must be 18 or older, and accounts suspected to belong to minors are terminated immediately.
